Our NY Deli inspired “regular” Coffee

Medium/Dark Roast

Look… We like the fancy things, fancy coffees, fancy beers, fancy bites, however, when left to our own devices we are just as likely to pop into the deli on the corner for a greasy bacon/egg/cheese hero (what we call “wedges” in these parts) with salt/pepper/ketchup.  And, of course, when ordering the BEC-SPK it’s pivotal to pair it with a “regular” coffee.  This blend is not exactly that but it is most certainly an homage.  It’s simple.  It’s balanced.  It’s reasonable.  It is exactly what you need when you don’t have time to consider nuance.
