There are many great coffee roasters out there. We aim to be one of them.

We consider ourselves stewards for all the work that goes into producing the outstanding raw green coffee we roast and sell. The farms and cooperatives we source from treat their crop, their workers, and the land they cultivate with the utmost reverence, which shows in the resulting product. It is up to us to honor that reverence by taking just as much care in how we roast and prepare our coffee.

We roast fresh weekly.

We roast our coffee in small batches on our vintage 12 Kilogram Diedrich Drum roaster. As soon as we open the discharge gate, the coffee immediately goes into bags. This enables us to ensure that the product you are receiving is fresh when you get it. We think that makes a difference, but try it for yourself!

Coffee is seasonal and we treat it that way so check in often to see what’s new!
