It’s 6:50 AM and the sun is yawning over the highlands to the east. This hour of the day requires a little extra “motivation”. 7:12 Express derives its identity from the 7:12 Hudson Line express train from Ossining to Grand Central. This cup is robust and chocolatey with accents of lemon zest. We use this for our espresso and it serves this purpose incredibly well, however, you will be just as satisfied brewing this at home by whatever your preferred method.
